How do I sign up for membership?

You can sign up for membership simply by clicking this link. The membership type will be described and you can choose which type you would like to sign up for.

How long will I have to wait for my set of plans?

Where plans can be downloaded directly from this website, you will not have to wait for shipping if you choose to download. Plans can be downloaded in a matter of minutes. Shipping can regularly take anywhere from 3 - 5 business days, making the option to download plans very efficient.

How do I download plans?

1.) Log in as a member

2.) Go to the "View Plans" page.

3.) From the"View Plans" page select the home you wish to download by clicking on "Click to Enlarge" below the perspective of the home.

4.) On the following screen click on the button "add to portfolio".

5.) Once added to your portfolio go to the "Edit Portfolio" page (this can be reached through the Members menu at the top of the page).

6.) Scroll through your portfolio until you reach the house you wish to download, rename the model with the name you wish to use and press the "Update" button.

7.) Select from the top menu the "View Portfolio" page.

8.) Once here select the "Click Here to View Plan Page" button for the home you wish to purchase.

9.) At the bottom of the Plan Page click on the "Order" button for the type of working drawings that you require.

10.) The "Purchase Plan" page will come up, you must select the "Agree With the Terms of Use" and click on the order button.

11.) Fill in all the pertinent billing information.

12.) Once ordering is complete, you will be sent to a Download Page where you must click on the "Start Download" button to receive your working drawings.

13.) When finished downloading you will have Adobe Acrobat opened with your plans. Save this file to your hard drive to finish the process. If you do not save this file and close the window a re-use fee of 25% of the original cost will be charged.

How do I insert my logo?

1.) Log in as a member

2.) Go to the "Edit Portfolio" page.

3.) At the top right and side of this page press the "Browse" button. 

4.) In the pop-up window that appears select the image from you hard drive that you wish to use as your logo and double-click the file.

5.) Once this is done click on the "Save" button on the "Edit Portfolio" page.

6.) A pop-up will come up saying the image is uploaded. Click "OK" button.

7.) You are done.
