Our designers are creative and versatile. We are very adept at creating homes in all size ranges and architectural styles. We are continuously looking for design trends that will give our plans a creative edge yet remain functional. Designerplans Inc. takes great care in producing the architectural building plans for each home. Our highly skilled technologists strive to ensure that each home is structurally sound and cost efficient to construct.

Building codes and ordinances can vary dramatically in different locales. Purchasers are therefore responsible for verifying that plans comply with all local building codes and ordinances as well as home suitability to site conditions. Designerplans Inc. strongly recommends purchasers retain a local architect or engineer to review all plans, materials and site information prior to the commencement of construction.

Main and upper floor area calculations include all exterior and interior wall thicknesses and interior stairways. Lower level development includes only finished spaces within and including the framed walls.

- Fully Dimensioned and Scaled Floor Plans
- Exterior Elevations
- Foundation and/or Basement Plans
- Typical Building Sections
- Construction Details as Necessary
- Electrical Plans

Plans sold are to be utilized on a single dwelling, a 25% re-use fee is applicable on all homes, after the first, to be built. The re-use fee can be accessed through your porfolio in the member's area.
